Protect and Maintain Your Property!
We would like to introduce an electrochemical moisture control device for universal
use in buildings where damp walls are a problem. Global Assistance provides the
ultimate DryTronic®.
If
your belongings, your walls are often damp
mildew or fungus has accumulated in the house
you find that you must leave windows open in the
winter months to dry out the house
you are thinking of renewing plastered walls
or replacing entire walls that are festered with damp
you have health problems due to the high
concentration of moisture in the air
you want to protect and maintain the value of
your house,
DryTronic® is the device you are looking for!
Previous attempts to control and dry out moisture in the walls of buildings
have involved the use of chemicals or expensive machines or have attempted to
improve ventilation by cutting holes in walls. The results have been less than
satisfactory in that they encourage the loss of heat energy or only transfer the
problem of vapor condensation to an adjacent wall inside the house. The resulting
uncomfortable and unhealthy climate is well-known; the problem of humidity is not resolved.
These problems can now be solved by the ultimate DryTronic® Standard
(1.4/1.75A) or DryTronic® Standard II (2A) for single family homes, DryTronic® Medium for mid size buildings, DryTronic® Compact (5/6A) for larger buildings and DryTronic® Plus (7/8A), 20A and 30A are for industrial use. Using the same amount of energy as a simple light bulb,
DryTronic® does its job without maintenance or extra costs. Low voltage makes
it completely safe to be used near children and with an external battery or
solar panel. Its portability makes it suitable for temporary as well as
permanent installations.
DryTronic® -Standard (1,3/1,75A), -Standard II (2A), -Medium (4A), -Compact (5/6A), -Plus (7/8A), 20A and 30A
Dimensions: 166 x 95 x 155 mm, 220 x 160 x 85 mm, 280 x 220 x 125 mm, 400 x 350 x 150 mm
The installation of DryTronic® is as simple the installation of an electric
socket. Electrodes are inserted into a damp wall and connected to the outside
ground potential. A variety of installation configurations can be used to
overcome various moisture problems.
In addition to its ability to rapidly dispel moisture problems,
DryTronic® can also be used to control the movement and direction of most
vapors and liquids, thus making the list of potential applications almost endless.
DryTronic® can be used to decontaminate polluted water and/or
soil and protect it from further contamination. It can also be used to remove stubborn instances of saltpeter.
Our story is best told by or customers.
A few examples will demonstrate that even the smallest budgets can afford a
dry house! In several cases we are able to help our customers help themselves.
Famous Historic Building
The above picture shows a recently renovated house in Rottenburg, Germany.
The house was built against wet rock, and therefore has always had moisture problems.
The owner had given up the hope of ever having a dry house until he installed Drytronic® Standard.
The house was completely dry within one month and the owner could carry on
with the process of renovation.
Alpen View Hotel - Sonnenheim
A further example can be seen in the "Haus Sonnenheim" in the Allgaeu of
southern Germany. The problem here was a slimy, wet celler and its moldy
odor that could be smelled throughout the house. The owner had made many
unsuccessful attempts to dry out her cellar. After 3 weeks of Drytronic®
she claimed that she "could hardly believe her eyes" and that "the water
source under the cellar has never surfaced since, which was always the
case after a heavy rainfall".
DryTronic® continues the tradition of all Global Assistance products
and services in that it is committed to quality, reliability and safety.
